主要从事植物资源分离与利用学科领域科研工作;主要研究方向是:制浆化学与清洁生产、生物质预处理技术、纳米纤维素的制备和应用、制浆造纸水处理技术。

参与制浆造纸清洁生产与水污染全过程控制关键技术及产业化、制浆漂白工艺开发与优化和精制甘蔗纤维素在造纸法烟草薄片中的应用研究等项目。发表论文16篇,其中SCI论文10篇,一作或通讯SCI论文2篇。
